  • 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein shake brand
  • ½ cup of vanilla almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 packet of preferred alternate sugar brand
  • Blend with desired amount of ice
