Paleo Protein Pancakes

If you want to try something new and delicious for a breakfast treat, these are for you!

They are simple to whip up in a matter of minutes and they are a great source of long lasting energy. They are free of refined sugars and there is an egg free/vegan option at the bottom if you prefer!

Paleo Protein Pancakes

Recipe makes 2-3 servings.

  • 2 ripened bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup of protein of your choice
  • 2 eggs
  • Dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 table spoon of coconut oil (or oil of choice for cooking)
  1. 1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined
  2. Place the pan over medium heat. Grease with oil. Once hot add pancake mixture with a ladle.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips onto the pancakes
  4. Once the pancakes begin to bubble, flip them. Cook for a minute on each side.
  5. Re-grease the pan as needed.

Vegan Protein Pancakes

Serves 2-3

  • 1/2 cup of protein of your choice
  • 2 ripened bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup of gluten free plain flour of choice
  • 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp of agave or natural sweetener
  • Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil (or oil of choice for cooking)
  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined
  2. Place the pan over medium heat. Grease with oil. Once hot add pancake mixture with a ladle.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips onto the pancakes
  4. Once the pancakes begin to bubble, flip them. Cook for a minute on each side.
  5. Re-grease the pan as needed.
